Late Autumn in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont 2016. Old farms like this one are still a common site in this part of the world. This one is still operating. Not with cows but goats. Goats milk is in high demand around here because of the cheese business. Historically this little farm was never more than 20 milking head. Same old story, 4 daughters, no sons and none of the sons-law wanted to farm. After the parents passed the daughters sold the 'Farm'. Paid off all their parents bills and split the rest equally four ways and home became a memory... Bob
