Artist Notes
This is one of the few watercolours that I have done and have been truely happy with. As i have said I am not a flower painter but I can paint gum flowers. There are so many varieties of gum flowers in Australia but this is a common variety. They always remind me of dancing ballerinas. These flowers make a beautiful show hanging amongst the green leaves. have just had it framed for an art exhibition.
