Wishing open a star, most of us have done it, one or the other time in life. I will not tell a story to this picture. Please take your own wish. Maybe the wish will come true.
Three daylight photographs were reversed in color, than converted to monochrome. I turned the photos into silhouettes, partly accentuated the edges, and partly used a glow edge filter. The photographs were placed in three layers and merged. The starry sky was separately created from a photo of reflections in small [dish] soap bubbles on top of water using about a dozen filters. The merge of the three photos were as one layer placed on top of the 'starry night sky' and made partly transparent. The star was created from a self made clip in my private collection, filtered and added to the collage.
The darkness is conception al for my story, because the light comes only from the sky and people see wonder, ghosts or monsters account to their temperament.
