An Evergreen Tree Contest Winner
Redwoods and Sequoya trees have long fascinated me. They can live several thousands of years.
The have a natural immunity to insect and fire damage. Just yesterday the iconic sequoia that people drove cars through was toppled by high winds. I have never seen it in person, but it has been in Nat Geo magazines many times.
