Mixed Media: None | This piece was inspired by all of the diet commercials we see in the media. It is supposed to be an abstract representation of how women are often dissatisfied with their bodies and rarely see themselves as others do. If you look closely you can see the abstract outline of a woman's figure in multiple sizes. The eye is inserted to symbolize the contradiction of self image vs. other image. I'll be interested to discover if my meaning is obvious to others. Thanks.
