Caught this Robin eating berries from one of my vines before leaving for a warmer place for the winter. I just bought a new lens for the camera and I was anxious to try it out. it is a Sigma 18-250 mm lens and I was standing about 20 feet away and was very pleased with the focus and clarity of this lens. It was late afternoon but the sun was still quite strong so it is maybe a little more washed out than I would like. Overall I am quite happy with this lens although it was pricey. Early Christmas gift for me. I have not done much wildlife up to now because I always had to get too close to the animals to shoot.
