Mixed Media: None | This was an experimental piece I completed for the birds and flowers contest. I wanted to create a close up of a bluethroat in a field of lavender lupine. I love lupine sand their almost palm frond like leaves. I pastels on a mixed media board to add texture.
I blended the bird a little more but the rough texture of the board made it difficult.
