I have named this painting Eternal Beauty II. I have no idea how many more paintings of this type I will ultimately finish. But for now it is time to move to something else. I don't know what yet, and it may take some time to figure that one out.

The process was much the same as with the Eternal Beauty painting except that I skipped the pastel underpainting part as I was more sure of myself on this one. In regards to the oil paints used for the skin colors, I am pleased with the coloration and tonality I have finally discovered after over 50 years of exploring, off and on of course.

Mixed Media: None | It took me a little over a month to do this painting. I skipped the pastel underpainting on this one and just went to painting straight on the drawing. I faced the same problems I did on the Eternal Beauty painting. However, the problems were solved more quickly. This is a 36 by 24 inch oil on canvas painting framed in the same way as Eternal Beauty.
