I don't remember seeing this one nearly a year ago. But I remember the initial impact of your first work that I did view. I was taken in immediately by your talents and your choices in a composition. Your surreal scenes always speak nature to me. And from there you go on to create an active scene or a story or sorts. Your imagination is one to covet. As I always seems you have very little darkness in your imaginings. It is always a pleasure to view your choices....shapes, colors, lights and shadows...and where you movement is in your compositions. You have a signature style. I think I would be able to pick out one of your out of many... thank you for sharing. !

Thank You so much my friend and so glad you liked this one. Painting didn't do well in the contest so made some "improvements;" Kept the original and like just as well if not better. Peculiar, original didn't receive a gold star but this version did. Painted water in this version like you would observe with a fast shutter speed stopping the water like you would see it with the eye. Other version, slow shutter speed resulting in smooth water fall showing more motion. Whatever, a matter of taste and now believe as a photographer or painter, never doubt what one feels to express and never look back. If you like the brush stroke, don't try to improve on it, it is the best nature can give, it is the best and cannot be improved. Thank You so much for your always wonderful words of encouragement. Always your friend----0s----bunkie

Great job, Bunkie! I can see the extra work on this one. I like them both! And yes... realize if you have the best nature can give....or you yourself can give. Thank you for letting me know you modified this image. I'm very happy you have received some good responses! Great job!

Wow! A wonderful digital art nice use of color, contrast, and movement in our scene. Your brush strokes and blending and shading of colors is exquisite. Your use of light and shadows has created depth and interest in your art work. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing. Good luck in your contest.....will be hard to beat.

Mysterious and mystical story from one art piece. I can imagine lord of the rings characters in this and it's an image that grabs your imagination and takes you into the adventure it holds.

Great work
Well Done Bunkie!

Wow. Bunkie, you are a True Artist when it comes to Digital Art. Some use brushes, some pencils and pens, and others use the medium of digital. All are TRUE Artisans and can "see" the image before, during and after Creation. Man do you have a Gift. A Great entry for the contest Bunkie. Best of the best My friend ~ Steve

A beautiful dreamlike scene of what I might see within my mind on hearing certain music or on waking from sleep. How you create this on the computer is a complete mystery to me but the result is beautiful.

I have been checking in on this one from time to time. I liked it the moment I saw it but could not collect the right descriptive wording for it. But, going to try anyway. The same undulating style unites this into a special growing organic looking alien landscape. The soft grays at the top contrasts nicely with the stronger blues on the bottom. The land arch that connects the left and right acts to draw attention to the rear waterfall. The restricted use of colors actually cause you to want to spend some time looking at this work of art. This is strange because my mind wants to see a natural landscape but I enjoy viewing this not so natural landscape. Well done creating this mind bender beautiful work. Reasons for my five star vote.

Hi Bunkie, I'm always fascinated by the way you create your images. To me they have a look of enamel. Love the texture and depth your images show along with there bright colors. Love the blending too! Your work is definitely different but always a JOY to review! :o) Helvi
