Wow! This is amazing. Great detail and such an interesting story. They are so colorful too. Great composition. I like the wing in particular that seems to be translucent. Good work.

This may of been a tiny bug, but it looks so big. You did a great job in cropping it. It is well centered and focused.

Excellent choice of subject.
Fine features & textures.

An interesting initial impact.
Striking contrast against a monochromatic backdrop.

Is this dead already?
Pin sharp focusing.
Diagonal framing.

Thanks for sharing...

A very nice close up view of this unusual wasp. The colors are very good and the detail in the wasp is outstanding. Nicely cropped and well presented. Best of luck in the contest.

He was actually moving around pretty quick. I got lucky and caught him looking for food. I'm normally pretty scared of bees but he was beautiful so I got in there ;) Thank you so much for that Wonderful Review. I appreciate your Time and Support :)

Haha I love your informative and amusingly observant narrative, describing this wasp I've never seen or heard of before - quite fascinating, with a great range of unusual colours (the wings being the focal point as well as the mickey mouse pants!) for a wasp, not seen over the pond here in England. Great clarity and lighting again captures the fine detail of this odd little insect, and the straw underneath makes it stand out boldly and even more clearly. A great shot and entry for the competition, best of luck! :)

Wow! Thank you so much for that Wonderful Review and Rating ;) I appreciate your time and Support. I've noticed that the bugs and bees I've come across on here are very unique but then I started looking around and noticed there is alot in my backyard that I've never seen. There is a pretty amazing smaller world out there :)
