Yes, he is bright yellow. And he stayed still for you which is always helpful. You have captured all his beauty in fine detail. I love the wispy fine white wing feathers. All the colors are bright and clear. Good work.

This is a very pleasing image and the colour is less common in my location in the UK despite its obvious name.
Yellow is very difficult to capture accurately and you have done a great job. The muted background complements the image. A real pleasure to view.

Really nice image. I like the fact that the BG is not cluttered. I don't know if by cloning the twig out in the bottom left would help or not. I'm torn on that one. Love the colours of the bird and that the image is sharp. Well done :-)

Thank you very much for the great review! I considered cloning out that twig on the bottom left before I posted this photo. I thought it might be a distraction, but I also thought it provided balance to the composition so I decided to leave it in.
