This is Jovi. My neighbors dog. Everyday when I get home from work, I take my dog outside to romp around a bit. And we always go the fence to see Jovi. We bring him a cookie and he loves to greet my dog. He may look lonely but this is how he greets us. And he is quite happy and well cared for.
