This is a Lessor Flamingo at the Minnesota Zoo. They are the smallest species of flamingo. The difference between the Lessor and Greater flamingos are mainly their size and a slight difference in their pink and white coloring. Lessor flamingos have more black on their bills, and their plumage has more of a pink tint than greater flamingos.
