Great Blue Colors

The Great Blue Heron is the largest of the North American herons. These guys have a 6 foot wingspan. I liked the way this stage of his flight showed off his feathers and how the light displays his colors. Great Blues, like Egrets, fly with their head held close to it's body and their neck pulled into an S shape.
