You can own this for $200.00. Information.
This is an imaginary 40 x 40 inch composition of tea service on boulders in a misty jungle setting. The tea is red Brasil tea. I created the quetzal dinnerware in separate files with my small laptop, which, due to the detail, could hardly handle one finished piece without crashing. This composition was a trial to see what my new laptop could cope with, and it did very well. Most of my "under my breath grumbling" was about whatever Adobe is doing in upgrading Illustrator. I had finally found my way around the old version, and now in the new one my tools move around like ghosts in the machine, and, if I'm not careful, a new selection tool ungroups everything so my bananas fell off their stalk and so on while I was trying to put this together. Other than that, the new machine is great (32 GB versus 6) and things are looking up!
I am sure every artist on the site would love a sponsor, but if anyone wants to sponsor doing something with quetzal dinnerware, let me know. I have other individual images. At least in Guatemala, the famous Resplendent Quetzal with the very long tail that lives in high, misty altitudes is an endangered species.
