maybe you are like these people who had a dream: own a house on the beach on a Paradise island;
it is certainly nice during beautiful weather, but when you must withstand during several months the stormy weather with huge waves, destroying your house, you'll change your mind;
(it also happened in some location in Southern USA but a lesser extent.)
