I took this shot at Martinez, CA on the Independence Day parade in Y2018.. It was a joyous occasion in which almost the entire city participated. I converted the coloured pic to B&W and did the selective colouring. Shot from my Android camera OnePlus 3T. Image resized to FAR requirement.
