Life of our emotions are like Fire and Ice. Sometimes we are Hot and happiness abounds without a care in the World. Other times we go down the Rabbit hole like Alice did in Wonderland. Depression abounds and all we want to do is pull our blanket over our head and forget about today and hope tomorrow will be better.
