The Dot-art was created on watercolor paper. I used Chalky Crown Markers, Sharpie fine point markers and Crayola Markers. The Background was digitally added as a second layer in my paint program ArtRage 6.1.2 pro. The inside of the circle was also diffused in ArtRage.
