Diamond Request Information
Earning a Diamond Seal is a prestigious honor. It is awarded to those members who have submitted a book collection that meets or surpasses the Diamond Seal Committee high standards of excellence. It is a challenging award to earn but those who are awarded the Diamond Seal join a small but accomplished group. Those that do not earn the seal are offered committee suggestions that are intended to provide the inspiration to improve your works. We also want to instill confidence that your next submission will be successful. In reality, everyone gains from the enlightening experience.

It is important that the book reflects your absolute best works of art, mixed media or photography. Each book must be based on a consistent theme and have an image-to-image relationship that flows throughout the book. For example: a book in color consisting of Landscapes, a mixed media book consisting of portraits, a book in black and white consisting of animals. DO NOT MIX THEMES OR IMAGE CATEGORIES. Be sure that your images are sized according to the FanArtReview.com specifications. Your book can have as few as 5 pages and contain no more than 10 pages. The committee members review your book, discuss their conclusions and then cast their votes to award or deny the Diamond Seal. A simple majority decides the outcome.

Be your toughest critic. Having 4 excellent pages and one flawed page will usually result in a denial. We are looking for works that are superb by every measure. For example: excellent technique and creativity along with the effective use of color, composition and lighting. One final note: It is better to have 5 superb pages rather than 10 mixed quality pages.
