As I have been commenting, I come back here infrequently to review art these days, and sometimes I think all the art is mediocre, and other times it all deserves 6 stars. This certainly does but I am out. So sorry because this is delicate and has just a wonderful light feel to it in these "heavy times"!

Wonderful mixed media painting of this columbine blooms. The description of the plant is useful since I am growing these in my garden. Sometimes they will self sees themselves also, but usually only the yellow color. The red is not doing it. Your presentation is beautiful with the details and green/black background.

this is a very beautiful and thought provoking presentation. loving the form and structure of each individual bloom and exquisite colours in the various petals. it's very pretty indeed and has quite a mystical quality to.

very beautiful artwork posted here...love the composition part...very beautiful shades of peach,pink and purple of the flowers..metallic colours are adding charm to the painting....the light green background at top and dark background at bottom is bringing the flowers out....overall very impressive.....good luck for the contest....

cool,,i didnt know that..course i just do go up to any flower and chew on it..wink wink. lol. this colorful cool. the floral forms is great. the depth is great. the shading is great. the blend of the colors is great. the details is great. the creation is balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. creative and awesome work overall.
