This does have a Valentines feel to it. I like how you created two hearts from your candle and the pattern that the light of the flames make. I think the subject being candles with a flames is also apropos for a Valentines work of art.

I first thought this was digital art, but having a better I do recognize the heart shaped candle holder with a candle inside. I think especially the mirror effect has worked well, and has made the photo into an almost abstract. I also think the all dark background is perfect.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details, and the exposure is perfect. It is actually a great light in this photo.
It is also nicely framed and with a very fine flow and balance in the composition. This is indeed an original and creative entry into this contest, and also a well taken photo with a great edit. I wish you luck with the contest.
