Very nice ethereal scene. The clouds are in motion and could be seen as water because of the fluidity of their substance. The color has a most calming affect. Nice contrast from the clouds in fore ground going horizontally to the ones in the background going vertically.

Pretty cool looking,reminds me of billowing soap suds escaping from an overactive washing machine.Excellent focus and composition,just so interesting to see the top of clouds instead of looking up at the bottoms.Hope you had an enjoyable vacation!

A beautiful picture of the ceiling of clouds you are looking at from above through your Plane's window like floating cotton wool with the setting sun colouring the sky in the distance. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Hi Mary, this is very well captured through the window of the airplane, it's the opposite view of the clouds that we would see on the ground , this is looking down on them . You have captured it well with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is good , the tones appear natural. Well composed and presented! I hope you had a pleasant flight.

A very nice shot. I have tried on several occasions to shoot through airplane windows and have been disappointed every time. This shot is quite sharp and shows fine detail in the clouds. The colors are good and the perspective is excellent.

Looks like the window of the plane served well as an additional UV filter for this photo. I like the way you have captured the tops of the cumulus clouds with the towering cumulus tops rising in the background as it adds depth to your composition. As a former Air Force weatherman, I would have welcomed the tranquility of this flight versus some of the storms we flew into. Nice capture.
