Happy new year to you Lucien..
I am not qualified to really give you much imput beyond the amateur viewers perspective I thought that may be worthwhile.. The soft flowing lines are pleasant but the shadowing is my favorite area . The deep and very dark area gives me a lot of depth that a lot of these types of art do not have. I do think that the "face" has a little bit to much detail though. I think a blank oval would have told the same story and been better? Remember I am really just a beginning viewer.. Anyway a very nice creation to view.Thanks...Dennis

Dennis,
Hello, this dance started with a dark stage and the the blue and purple lights came on and the dancer started to lift himself and then the movements and the flow of the dance took him across the stage the light chasing away the darkness and replaced by some intermittent golden orange lights, creating a really interesting lighting effect... thanks for the review and the comments within it, your review was good and very much appreciated... take care and stay warm... cheers!

That sounds like a really interesting exercise, with an impressive result - you've done well in capturing the motion and mood of the dance. To me it seems like the blank white at the upper corners ought to be filled with something - maybe a light blue?

Another beautiful creation here, Lucien. I just wish "old man winter," would dance on out of here! Anyway, I love your distorted human forms, and choice of colors. They all have the flow of movement, and fit what you are trying to achieve. Peace, Julie
