Very nicely done! I like the way that the image has been altered to look very much like a piece of traditional art. The shadows and light and the dark background all work to make the subject matter pop. thanks for sharing.

This is amazing, the colour is just gorgeous, it looks like a leaf that has just fallen onto river of lava just before it is burned to a crisp.The lighting is just right , I love it thank you.

this image is striking the way it has been taken is inspiring.The light coming through the leaf enhances the shapes within the leaf, the gradually narrowing band of red light in the fore ground leads the eye to the point of interest.

Gorgeous red! I love the reflection as well. The black is a good contrast, makes the red really pop.

I can't really put my finger on what it is about the image that generates so much energy: the saturated red, the wave foreground, the contrast ,or the whole composition. Your mixed media work is stunning.

This is a wonderful composition.. Brilliant reds placed on a dark background jump out of the frame. Nice reflective effect in the foreground with the smoky orange glow behind balance the subject well. A very pleasing presentation. Good luck with the contest.
