A very crisp image of this lovely white egret against a beautiful blue sky. good detailing seen in the feathers,eye is well defined.A very elegant image of a stately bird!

Barbara this gets one of my 6 stars!
Love the simplicity of it with just two main colours, fabulous how the whites of those feathers really emphasisies the outline and shapes of the egret, the use of that bit of the tree or stump is perfect for this type of image, you really cant get any better then that plain blue sky its just so perfect for it, the detail in the whites are very well held with no real over exposed highlights amd this would also work as a b/w because of only those two colours!

A very nice shot. The exposure for the white plumage is excellent and the detail in his face is superb. I like the composition and the clear blue sky makes an attractive background.
