Nicely done with this. Your effects have worked well in the mixed media for this. The image is really original and your technique has worked well for this.

Thank you a lot Dazzleme for your kind and generous review.

Almost looks like the glowing latter is suspended from the rainbow. Is this some kind of strange and weird cherub descending from a place up high with some sort of mischievous task under plan?
Good colors, composition and story telling photo.

Thank you very much for your interesting review. That is one thing I hoped for that people make up their stories. Actually I had another story in mind. My original title was "The little Prince" after the story by Antoine de Saint Exupery but I didn't use it since I couldn't find out if I would interfere with copyrights. I'm still searching on it but your story tells me that I may shouldn't try to change the title. Would be very interesting to hear different stories.

Your very welcome - To be truthful, I did not look at your title before running on.
-
That were very good. The title is just a title the story is in the picture to read. If we read different thats excellent. It's or personal experience what does that I think. And thanks again for your input.

Most of the time, I like to look at a pictue without reading the title or the artists notes - after all, when you see a piece displayed, do you see a plaque that provide artists notes, howevere, most often there is a title.

I agree.

This is a very unusual and unique picture the way you have done it. What a look he has. I like the way you put the ladder in this and then have him up on it. I hope he catches that rainbow. Good luck in the contest.

Many good things here, cleo85. The picture of Jake is good, and the upside down rainbow is an interesting phenomenom that I didn't know of. The sharpness in jake is good, and the colors are ok. The mix of the two pictures is too rough, though. You have obviously erased most of the background in the Jake picture, but the job is too rough, making parts of the ladder very blurred and other parts sharp. And it doesn't end anywhere. The part under his arms have some shadows from his arms(?), and it is very obvious on his left leg that you have removed something there. Some more work on the Jake picturee, and you can have a much better final picture.

Thanks for your throuought review. Yes I have removed all of the background on Jake. And maybe the job isn't that good I probably have to try with the picture more blown up [my eyes are bad] but the blown up gives these little squares were you cant see a strait line. The blurred of the ladder and the end in nowhere are intentional. It evidently didn't work out as planned. I have to put some more clouds over the ladder. The blurred was meant to be very thin cirrus clouds. The going nowhere on the ladder is something what has to do with the original title and the story behind . I don't know if you saw the somehow strange expression on the face. It is the same story. I was hoping people would catch up on it what was obviously dumb. My original title was "The little Prince" after the story by Antoine de Saint Exupery but I couldn't use the title since I couldn't find out if I would interfere with copyrights.

I think that this is an interesting picture that does give room for imagination. The image of the child is nice and clear. The back ground works nicely. Almost looks like heaven. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your kind review. The upside down Rainbow is a true optical phenomenon.

Composition and digital work on this is very good and there is a lot going on in the sky but the addition of the ladder and boy was magical. The only complaint I have is not your work but is the expression on the boys face does not match the mood of the title or him reaching the rainbow.

Thank you so much for your generous review. I know the impression the face is startling. It is a wrong title. My original was "The little Prince" after the story by Antoine de Saint Exupery . I'm not sure if I would interfere with copyright using this title and was hoping people would know but that was way out of the possible I think.

It looks like your neighors sun was climbing the latter to catch that rainbow. What a powerful creation of so many beautiful things happening in this work of yours. That took some manuevering of pictures and things. His face seems a bit out of sorts, almost like a disapointment. Maybe not. Well done and wow

Thank you for your generous review. Yes there is a startling expression in the face. I was hoping people would see it and think about. The title is misleading. My original was "The little Prince" after the story by Antoine de Saint Exupery but I couldn't find out if I would interfere with copyrights by using this title.

Maybe you could of used My little Prince. Anyway, what you gave the photo artwork is excellent.

I'm still searching. I would love to give the picture the original title. Thank you for the reply.
