The fawn is so beautiful. You were so lucky to be to take this shot, and I will excuse you for not being able to include the whole of the front feet within the frame. It is such a lovely pose as well.
Your focus is very sharp showing very fine details in the fur and the face. You have captured the lovely almond shaped eyes so well. It is a lovely shine in them. I also think the exposure if dine and the colors are nice and natural.
Apart from the feet, which I have already mentioned, the placement of the animal within the frame works well together with the tight cropping. This is a beautiful photo and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you so very much! I was shooting fast and I knew he would run so I was concentrating on the face and focus. I did not notice the foot until after the download. I have wished I had not done that but it was too late!

The detail and color are great. The deer is placed well in the frame except for the one hoof that's clipped. The texture and colors are so pleasingly natural. Good luck in the contest.
