Very pretty sunset. I love the bright orange glow every thing has. The rays leading in to the sun draw your eye into the shot. Thanks for sharing.

Well,er I know little about the phenomenon you deescribe but I do know that this is a rather special shot.Yes-I agree with you-this sun has to be centred -anyother angle and the shot is ruined.

Thank you so much Mick, For all I found out so far, it seams to be related to the green flash phenomenon. I'll update soon I know more.

No complaints here about it being centered, it is off center just a little and that is close enough for this brilliant image. The simplicity of the image is refreshing and the colors are stunning. There is some pixelated areas but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I expect it may be from the jpg compression being to strong; you may want to check your software setting before you resize for upload.

You're right, it looks great in the center. It would mess up the balance if it was off centered. This is fantastic. Love the rays, which aren't rays but shadows. Awesome!! The whole picture is perfect, colors, lighting, center of interest, initial impact and creativity of presentation. Great shot!! If only I could be so lucky. Susan:o)

Hi Cleo. I have to agree that in this instance the center is correct as if it was offset you would lose the effect of those fantastic rays. Beautiful colours and the lighting is perfect. The technicalities all seem great and overall this is an amazing shot.Well done. Nick
