this is another amazing shot and capture Willie , as you say , just incredible how the wings are frozen it that one split second moment , the focus of its head and gaze is also incredible , just excellent stuff

Sometimes a good close up image is all you need. Super sharp focus on the little lady. She's beautiful. Great colors. And yes the wing is stopped. Nice job. Good composition and impact. Thanks for sharing.

The focus on the eye/head/beak is very good, and the exposure is good too.
Like the green backround, which enhances with its color and the areas of light and dark.
nice to be able to see one of the wings so well. Didn't realize they looked like that.

A very detailed capture of the head and wings. Quite an extraordinary sight- with the intense eye, the incredible beak, the speckled feathers, and specks of gold on the head and upper body. Pollen? Natural color? Very interesting! Great shot!
