with the flash, the moon would be too much illuminated; LOL;
the palm trees woyuld become very bright and the moon less visible

If its from the Philippines, it must be nice!
Impressive full moon with its yellow glory.
The silhouette of palms and other leaves, vignetted this composition.
Off centering of the subject here is evidently observed for artistic effect.

You can see the man in the moon in this shot, so that is a good start. Foliage of differing types frames the sides and foreground giving interest and also enhancing the shot. I can detect some warm tones in the sky so perhaps the sun has just set. Very pretty image. Apt for the contest. Best Wishes in that.

This is a perfect shaped bright full moon. Its beauty really stands out.
The sky is has quite complementally color for the moon.
The near dark silhouette acts as a natural frame in the image.

many thanks marieann for your funny comments; with an iso setting of about 3200 and bright moon, you can have a shutter speed of 1/25: since I don't drink alcool....lol
