Now this guy is just begging to be petted. That fur is amazing, as is that tail. I'm surprised the fur is so thick living in that climate. Nice shot of him and his surroundings. Good lighting brings out the details. Nice work! Lynnmarie

Thanks so much for your review, the tree kangaroo lives mainly in rain forests in New Guniea and Northern Queensland so are not as commonly know as the common kangaroo and wallabies which we see frequently on drives through country. I have only seen them at the zoo.

This is a busy shot; and a close to perfect one, I might add. However the focal point or clearest point should be the kangaroo rather than the feeding dish but you got pretty darn close. Background foliage adds nice contrast and interest. Taken as a vertical shot was a good choice.

He looks like a stuffed animal, just too cute to be real!! An wonderful capture with pin sharp focus and a wonderful complimentary b.g.!! Great vibrant colors and the expression on his face is priceless!! What a gorgeous creature!!
