Wow, this is so well painted, I love the freshness created by controlling degree of paint weight. The shape and the shading of the dolphins are so accurate - almost photorealistic. Thank you for sharing.

I have not been fortunate enough to see these delightful creatures in the wild. Hoping to go on a cruise at some point to see them and whales. They are very beautiful and intelligent too. Like your interpretation of a pair jumping from the sea. Colours look very realistic and you have managed to capture the feeling of movement, both in the dolphins and also the water dripping off their bodies. Very attractive and well executed.

And yes - your dolphins do dominate the scene. Lovely, gentle colours so fitting for an image of these creatures. There is so much movement in the animals; one can feel them jumping out of the water. I like the shadows and highlights you have created in the shapes of the animal and in the water. Nice shading of the background.

Excellent painting. Love the texture and color of the skin of dolphins, like the effects of the light in them and the flexibility of the movements. Precious splash too, and excellent shading. Well done. Luck.

Fist of all these creatures are worth of 1000s of drawing - yours is giving a great reverence to these wonderful beings showing us so much love and joy of life - your image is radiating just all their wondrous life style in full action - your detail work on the splashing water drops is accurate and perfect - super color choice, a wonderful pastel drawing that opens hearts and brings a smile on the faces - great job, thanks for sharing

This is an outstanding watercolor Suzanne. Not only do the dolphin dominate the scene, the lighting you have instilled in the piece is wonderful as the sun gleams off their skin. The splash in the air of water and their shadows show tremendous detail in the painting. Wonderful work.
