You've captured some gorgeous autumn colours in this shot and a well deserved winner of the contest. The water looks like glass reflecting the beautiful golds, reds, oranges and greens of the trees. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Suzanne

This is absolutely a great photo and I can see why it won the contest. Autumn is one of my favorite time of the year where you can see some beautiful areas that we would never see otherwise. I can just imagine being in that cabin and really enjoying nature. To me this would really look great in a frame. Keep up the great work and way to go on a very nice photo. Thank you so very much! I did frame it and was able to sell it. I need to print another one but I have so many it gets expensive.

I reviewed your previous winner and this is even more beautiful than the bird! The colors are brilliant and show up well in the water. I like the framing of this photo with the bright red tree in the middle of the other two trees. The focus and lighting are excellent.

Yep, these colors are stunning on the trees and mirrored in the waters! Very nice contrast of sharp imagery of life on the ground to that shimmering reflection.

WOW that is really strong and colorful almost at the border to support for the strong reflection in the water - this left tree is the only sport to relax the eye ad to get a focus point of cal- stunning capture well framed, great contrast - good distance - breath taking - all the best

Wow! Great shot, the one I have been looking for myself all year and have not found, and I live in Vermont where you would expect it. Beautiful colors, great focus, great subject, and nice reflection.
