I like this painting. Colours are beautiful and the waves almost comes to life. Motion of the water is very skillfully suggest but somehow I think the painting would have been more interesting if there were something more in the picture -just my opinion.

This is an enchanted beach. It is the well chosen and well placed colors, as well as the use of the brush that has accomplished this calm, magical effect. Glad you shared!

You can almost feel the misty spray of the waves slurping up onto the beach in your work. The pinkish blending of color with the blues puts it a step above the usual approach to seascapes. The clouds also have a story they want to tell. Great job.

Once again, I like the way you used the various purple and blue shades of color to give the ocean a more distinct perspective. The soft pale colors set the stage for a tranquil and relaxing mood.

There are a lot of great textures and colors in this painting. I like the difference in the open oceans colors and the water washing over the sand, all of that is great, I think that I can see canvas (right down the center of the painting) showing through the paint, which says it needs a thicker coat applied in those areas. That makes it look unfinished to me, great start, needs some more work.

Canvas was all covered but hey, everyone has their own opinion. I am of the opinion that art is a free expression not to be restricted by so called rules.

yes, I will remember that when my next professor, or the next judge in a show, when he tells me that about thin paint and canvas showing through. There are a lot of white dots, speckels on the center of your canvas then and that makes it look bad, period... not a rule just a fact on my screen.
