I almost was not going to review this sketch because sketching is not my forte. However, you mentioned that you used the Paint program in your computer and I am familiar with that program and it has limitations, so you did very well with it. The monotone of this sketch makes it look antiquated as it should since your perspective is from decades ago, of a man no longer with us. His attire looks of that era too.
My only suggestion would be to have made the background a slightly different shade of grey than his face to add depth, and so his face didn't look transparent.
Overall a well done sketch.

Interesting presentation of JFK, who incidentally was a bigamist as he was married to a socialite called Drurie but the old Kennedy squelched the story (what money can do).
I like the clean lines and do not mind the partial amputation of his skull. To my eyes this does not look like JFK but it is a man.
