This is stunning, Suzanne! Your painting talent gives us so many different moods and subjects. That is very impressive. From light hearted flowers that fill the frame to beloved pets who make me say 'awwww', you have an amazing sense of where to use colors and textures and in this one, light. How long does a work such as this one take? The variety of blues is simply gorgeous and to be marveled at. You have mixed and blended them seamlessly...with the gentle white caps of the water lighting them right up onto the beach. The sky is serene. The moon is smiling. The entire scene is magical. Thank you for sharing. Best of luck in the contest!

Thank you so much, Becky, for your lovely review and good luck wishes. This didn't actually take too long as the canvas board is only 12" x 10" and I was doing it from imagination rather than a photograph so it only took a day including waiting for bits to dry before adding more paint. Suzanne
