This image does have a nice summery feel to it. Sunflowers were the perfect choice to set that mood. The lighting is very attractive and the background gives this the impression of a newly painted scene.

Love what you've done here, Annie and it certainly makes one feel that Summer isn't too far away. I love the way you places the beautiful flowers, showing different stages and the softened background really sets it off well. Beautiful composition. Very imaginative. Suzanne

A beautiful heart warming image of these sun flowers,
The light is captured exquisitely on them and shows nice detail in the petals, excellent post processing skills create an overall lovely image. Summer would be nice but even spring will do for now lol.

Excellent. You know excellent when you see. Your use of editing is superb. Composition, colors, lighting, depth of field make for an outstanding work. As for summer...I can relate. Spring will be here soon.

I so enjoyed reading your artists notes.....and as much as I love snow I am enjoying this shot of the sunflowers. You really are missing summer.....because you picked the brightest and lightest color in the spectrum. The effects of yellow are warm and cheerful. This is one of most appealing color schemes in nature. A beautiful capture of the sun flowers with good light handling rendering incredible details. Your artistic background and complimentary colors of yellow/green compliment your photography beautifully. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing.

So good idea on your part to do these marvelous Sunflowers. Spot on w/ the yellow color but it's the way you've used the light that is just so lovely. CRISP w/ detail.....beautiful... and excellent exposure. Your colors simply sing of summer....including the soft green background. Your post work is, as always just gorgeous AV. Such a pretty piece so carefully put together.
You know I put out like thirty of those long metal reflectors (must be 4' tall) to keep the snow plow from getting too near any of my gardens or rock walls. There are now only 5 visible....OMG. so I know how you feel about your garden fence. Well, your pretty yellow flowers have brightened my day AV! Hang in there...we're on the down side of winter, yes??
