Oh what a nice scene Grace. The colors are well rendered and the focus is sharp. That pose, especially with the one eye showing so prominently really does the trick. Well done ~ Steve

Thank you :)

Yes. Except for tigers and jaguars, prey could run and get into a body of water and be safe. Won't help with a tiger. This photo is very sharp and crisp. And I do know that each tiger has unique and so do zebras. Leopards, cheetahs and Jaguars all have unique spot patterns. Nice composition. Well framed as a portrait. Tiger looks totally unaware of you. Thank you for sharing and good luck with this image

You can have Tigers as pets in MN if you had them prior to Jan. 2005 and registered with the local authority but March 2005. They are currently were prohibited for private individual ownership. Thank you for the nice review!

Adorable photo! Love the detail you were able to capture. The tiger's expression is also very nicely captured. I would've liked to see more of where the tiger is looking, perhaps shifting the frame to the left more would bring a more thought provoking composition. Otherwise a great photo!

Thank you very much! I was going for something a little different from my usual framing :)

Cool,Grace!
As I think I've mentioned,my friend, these creatures are my favorite of the extant species of Great Cats ( with the long extinct Dinofelis and Smilodon being my All Time Faves! ) and your photographic presentation of 'Vera' here looks Great! : D

Thank you Sean :) You like the ones with the scary teeth!! Our tigers don't have the same wicked huge teeth as those prehistoric cats :)
