This is an interesting sight! The decorations don't look too bad for April and for being so sparse. I like the color saturation of your shot and the foggy background.

pity the top of the upper branch is cut off, it really disturbs and takes from the rate
nice finding and good artist notes about it
thanks for sharing

This is a beautiful and interest photo. Visually appealing. Love the colors and lighting. I may have cropped out the bottom a bit and left slightly more clearance from the tip of the tree. Still a wonderful shot. The fog is fantastic!!

Too early for the Yuletide or extended after the Chinese Lunar Year?!?
Impressive capture!
An interesting initial impact.
Misty backdrop matched the mood of the moment.
Why cropped the tip?
I'd rather crop the foreground.
Still an intriguing decorated tree this April--it's already summer in the Philippines!

Dickson,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this Christmas Tree in April... The amputation of the tip happened as I clicked the shutter. I took it from inside the car not wanting to get wet.. I've no Idea why or who decorated this & four other trees on the roadside in the mountains.

Susan, this is a beautiful scene! Very well photographed, good focus, the image is clear, well used low light, beautiful colors and tones. I love the misty sky ! It is very interesting and makes the viewer wonder what this represents the decorated evergreen in this early spring view! This is very well presented!

A very nice scene. I like the misty look and the beautiful flat lighting that gives you such nice colors and great shadowless details. As for the decorations "horseman pass by".

Mike,
thanks a million for your complementary review on the "Christmas Tree" emerging from the mist.
This was one of about four or five I spied as we drove through the mist.

Early or late it is nice that someone took the time to add a bit of cheer along the roadside. It would be so nice if we kept the joy of Christmas alive all year. I really like the grasses and the fog in the background of this one.

a good and funny idea, certainly unexpected while visiting a mountain;
better than throwing the decoration in the garbage;
nice foggy landscape in the bg;

Fred,
Merci beaucoup mille fois for your review.
I was hoping to show my French cousins from Uzes the beautiful views in the mountains that day but all we got were glimpses of the views through a mist....they are heading to the West of Ireland today I hope they get some GOOD weather & not just rain...
