A gorgeous presentation in pastel of this beauty.Your palette is excellent and particularly like the lighter tones you have introduced to reflect the sun that permeates between the pillars and onto the clothing. The use of the light blue allows the blondish hair to look less luminous . Well done

thank you so very very much I like the black paper I use it to my advantage with shadows and light and it is quiker to use pastels then oil paint it helps me to work out problems before I paint and it gives me a color idea befor I use paint wood panels and handmade oil paints are very expensive so it is better to work out problems first once again thank you so very much

That is a great idea to practice with the cheaper mediums first. I have been doing something similar lately except using digital format.... The only thing is that I am brand new at using such programs. So its kind of a learn as I go thing. Lol

You have created another beautiful image with your use of pastels. The blending of colors and use of highlights and shadows adds so much depth. I noticed that the last couple of submissions have been done on black paper. Is it easier to use black paper or just creates a whole different look? I am in awe of your talent.

thank you so very very much the black paper and pastels help me to work out color composition and light problems before I paint handmade oil paints are expensive and it is quiker to use pastels wait until you see the oil painting I am designing on a wood panel sometimes folks give me trouble about the girls I draw and paint but its a much larger picture I have to understand the female anatomy to do what I want this next oil painting will encompass it all expression mystery and seduction its that essence I am trying to capture its not all about sexuality that is only one element capyuring all the things that encompass a girl the very thing that would make a man launch a thousand ships once again thank you so very much

What happened to your ballerinas? Your technique has improved with the facial expressions and the hair, but Jesuel, you have an addiction to breasts. I like the tone of her skin and the background blending. Men are very visual and I guess that's why we are seeing a lot of boobs in your art work. Personally, I could do with just a little cleavage.

thank you so very much I am working toward something I have to understand anatomy of the female form once I have achieved perfection there you will see it in the oil painting I am designing I have a method to my madness wait until the oil painting iam desighning you will see where its going
