The rock formations really do look like mittens! You used the perfect angle to show that off. Your composition is attractive and the colors against the dramatic looking sky look great.

Beautiful!!
I don't think I have ever seen a picture of this. I wish the color was a bit brighter or deeper. The sky fits the hue of the picture. Good framing, focus, and point of view. God does beautiful work for us to enjoy.

A beautiful & interesting picture of this iconic image of both Mittens in Monument valley under a cloudy near sunset or during a sand storm that has whipped up sand that is colouring the sky. The mittens like mythical Castles on thier mounts made by the action of wind, rain, frost over eons of time on the rock formations in the desert landscape. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

i remember these features in once upon a time in the west. a great capture for sure. they are natures finest and iconic structures. the millions of years they took to form are captured in a very stylish and wonderful fashion by your expert eye. the strongest feature for me are the gorgeous colours. so soft and harmonious.

The slightly dark sky gives a more dramatic feel to this,this could have come straight out of a john wayne film,ass I believe many a western was filmed there,thanks for sharing...Brian

Very nice image. It is so clean that it comes off as a construct - that is meant to be a positive comment. Good composition with visual balance. Good focus. Good colors. The cloudy sky adds texture and emotion, different from the usual blue skies. Well seen, well shot and well presented.

Very nice capture. I like the angle for the shot. The Mittens show up well in good focus. I can see the textures in the landscape and the variation in the color is very appealing. Lighting is good also.
