Very restful photo. The sharp focus of the pigeons sitting on the moss covered tree branch with the soft focus back ground. Brings out the feeling that Autumn has arrived. Perfect cropping. Well done.

Very nice depth Fred, the birds stand out very well from the background and show lots of sharp detail. I like how the red eye shows on the one facing the camera. The background colors are attractive too.

A beautiful picture of these Feral Pigeons perched on the lichen & green moss covered branch enjoying the sunshine that is filtering through the branches of the trees around them adding a golden glow to the turning leaves in Autumn. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

As much of a nuisance pigeons are, I really like this shot. It really shows what beautiful colors and marking they have. You captured a clear, crisp ,detailed shot with good contrast and clean lines of a detailed focus. Great use of frame.

The green around the neck of the three quarter view of the pigeon captures the moss on the limb.But,all three of them,with their grayish blue feathers,against the yellow buds and orange flowers make quite a compelling composition.
