We've been having quite the weather here in northern New York state too,Jodi Kay!
But rather than ramble on about that sorry business I'd rather tell you how much I'm enjoying your fine looking picture of Hope charging along through the snow! : )
It's Awesome,my friend!

Yee, its better to have more breathing space on top...

This could also be a potential entry to a Dog or Stop Action Shot comp...

Sharply focused.
Nicely framed.
Subtly lit.

Thanks!

Great Capture of your running dog, his fun is visible for sure making me smile

Great movement shot, perfect distance to see his body shape and even snow flakes . Clear and sharp in details - perfect contrast and lighting

your frame is well chosen and your angle is just spot on

A wonderful picture with a great initial impact, well done

Interesting orientation to this image. ( the long narrow rectangular shape.)
That gives this a visual impact. Good use of the rule of thirds and good sense of movement even though you stopped the movement of the snow. Very well done.

Great action shot, Jodi, showing your beautiful Hope leaping through the snow. She looks as if she's really enjoying playing in the snow. Very good lighting and focus. Excellent composition. Suzanne

This is an incredible photograph! I am amazed that you were able to capture this at, what looks like an incredible speed the dog was moving at. Love the flecks of snow that are being turned up as well!

Jody,
I think this is a great action photograph. I love how you caught the picture in midstride with the legs blurred by snow. There is great black and white contrast without it being black and white. I love it.
