Fred, this is one of your better images! Very strong initial visual impact. Focus is tack sharp. Colors are spot on. Orientation of the subject is good. The reflection from the gold dome is not "hot". Very well done. I know that you do not employ ant photo-editing software, that being said, If you had it you could straighten the towers at each end of the church and that I believe could improve an already wonderful photograph. Remember that the greats all manipulate there images before publishing.

The architecture is lovely to view. The spires have such great designs and colors and their shapes are interesting creating an attractive pattern against the sky. I really enjoy all the intricate details.

Nice Color catch. The Gold top goes perfect with your name. I also like the way the background color highlights the various towers, making them look 3D. What a beautiful building. Your photo is nice and clear, which makes it a pleasure to enjoy the building.
good job.

This is an interesting close up view of top of the the historic church. The style is what we understand as typical for the pompuous Russian orthodox religion. The reminds of Byzantin style show in the colored onion top towers and columbed arches. The natural light is well used. The gold gleams but does not blaze. The colors look realistic. The tovers are nicely emphasized by the blue sky. The photo is also well framed an balanced.

Excellent picture of the this gorgeous church. Your notes were detailed and informative. Thank you for sharing. I love the beautiful colors and design on the towers. It amazes me how detailed they could do this work in the late 1880's. Your focus and lighting are brilliant. Terrific cropping and very well framed.

A beautiful church with a long and bloody history. The architectural details are very well shown and the minarets look great against that plain sky.

A very nice architectural shot posted here! That city has certainly seen and experienced the letting of blood in many horrible ways. Sharpness and exposure are good. Well done!
