Beautiful... really beautiful. What dynamics in this photograph. There are mountains finely featured there is forest with trees highlighted by sun rays, then there is water, with reflections and a mimicry of a darker blue from the sky. The achievement best for me is that branch of tree trunk layed diagonally pointing you inwards but standing out almost 3D. Great entry for comp. Good luck.

Initial impact makes you stop to see the rest of the photo. Very nice work with the composition. Certainly has all the qualities of a 5 Star photo. As for the lower branch? That's the photographers choice! I am sure it was taken into consideration. Good work and good luck. Royal

This is a beautiful view! I like the water in the foreground and the way it sparkles in this lighting, the bank on the left with that fallen tree that reaches over the water adding further interest and giving depth to this scene, the trees on the left help to draw the eye to the trees in the back in front of the mountains leading the eye to the right and back to the branches growing up in the right foreground. This is well focused , the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones are natural. This is well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!

Perfect entry for outdoor nature contest. Seriously, it doesn't come any more beautiful than Yosemite. There are equally just as majestic nature sites in California. But none more majestic. I'm from California and my parents took us camping every year for vacation. It was something us girls looked forward to every year. The California redwoods are another California special touched by God. You definitely captured the beauty that this wonderous area offers. Good luck.
