This is very cool. I have never seen this type of art before.
It is amazing how you created such an image with only dots, and a limited amount of them to boot.

The dots are done well in places, like on the top of the head, neck/hair but the eyes, especially the crooked one not so much. Good creativity, different. Still fairly fine dotting and best wishes.

Welcome. I can see that about the blinking. Ok but not as good as most of your work. Good to do in dotting as that's not the easiest for gorgeous outcomes.
