Faith In Art
The topic for this Traditional Art contest is: Faith
Some of the most treasured artwork of all time is art that shows faith. Sculptures, paintings and other forms of art have been used to show ones faith and to share it with others. This contest challenges you to do the same.
How you incorporate the topic of "Faith" is up to you. It can be from a passage in the bible, a moment of faith shown by someone you know or a scene (such as a wedding or funeral). The artwork should clearly be about the topic. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
This is for Traditional Artwork (Pen & ink, pencil, watercolors, charcoal, etc.) and digital art. No photography. No art from photography. To submit a work that uses photography please see our Faith In Photography contest. This art contest is for all forms of art. That includes pen and ink, pencil, watercolors, charcoal, sculpture, computer art and all other forms of art. No photography.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Monday, July 6, 2009.
