This looked so good I had to take a photo despite desperately wanting to taste it ... So i cheated ... one to eat whilst I took a photo of the second! Used a lightbox and Nikon D800 with 105mm f2.8 lens at f6.3 ISO 100 and 1/0sec shutter speed on a tripod. Took 3 photos and then devoured the second piece too !
