If you seen the show "Courage the Cowardly dog" then you know who both characters are. I did this a couple of years in high school. The idea came from the show and the painting "American Gothic", I used Courage(as the farmer), the female dog(as the wife). The assignment was to do a rendition of "American Gothic " using different people or characters, so I thought this would be an excellent idea to do.
